Remove Your Account Throught Website

1. Go to the following url Lavaplace Website and Login with Your Account.
2. On Top Menu Click on the link My Profile.
3. On my profile page click on link Cancel Membership and Remove Account given at left section.
4. Now Enter Your Reason To Delete Your Account, Enter Your Registered Password and then click on Button Remove My Profile.
5. A pop up message will appear asking for confirmation to close your account click ok to delete your account permanently.

Remove Your Account By Sending Mail

1. Open your registered email account and compose a new mail.
2. Enter the following email address support@lavaplace.com
3. On Subject enter the line “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write a mail to delete your account sample given here and click send.
