Remove Your Account through Website

1. Go to the following url “https://www.bigcartel.com/” and sign-in to your account.
2. After you sign-in to your account click on GEAR LIKE icon a drop down menu will appear then click on button PLAN.
3. On Plan Page scroll down to bottom and click on link I LIKE TO CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.
4. Once you click on the button you would be redirect to confirmation page here choose on of reason for account deletion and click on button CLOSE ACCOUNT to delete your account.

Remove Your Account By Sending Email

1. Open your registered email account and compose a new mail.
2. Enter the following email address support@bigcartel.com
3. On Subject enter the line “REQUEST TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write a mail to delete your account sample given here and click send.
