How To Remove Carousell Account

 

Carousell is a online e-commerce application that lets it’s users to purchasing old or new products. The app let its users to create or edit account information, post product or items to sell and purchase the product using various payment methods.

Remove Your Account Through App

1. Open your Carousell  App.
2. After you open carousell app click on ME button which is given at the bottom right section.
3. After you click on ME button you will redirected to Profile page here you click on button SETTINGS.
4. On Settings page scroll down to bottom and click on button EMAIL SUPPORT / FEEDBACK.
5. Once you click on that button a message with three option pop up click on DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT.
6. On Deactivate account page click on SEND DEACTIVATION LINK ON MY MAIL.
7. Now open your email account and click on the mail you receive from carousell on that mail you find a link please click here or copy the url mentioned below it.
8. Once you go through the url you will redirected to Deactivate account page here click on DEACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT button.
9. Now you will redirect to why you are deactivate account page here choose a reason from list and click on button CONTINUE TO DEACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT.

Remove Your Account By Sending Mail

1. Open your registered email account and compose a new mail.
2. Enter the following email address support@carousell.com
3. On Subject enter the line “REQUEST TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write a mail to delete your account sample given here and click send.

This process may take upto 24 to 72 hours of time.
