2. After you log-in to your account click on HOME button which is given on right side then a drop down menu will appear.
3. On Drop Down Menu click on link ACCOUNT.
4. Now scroll down to bottom of the page and locate text If You Would Like To Close Your Account Click Here click on the HERE link.
5. Once you click on the link you will be redirected to CANCELLATION page.
6. On Feedback Text Field give your honest reason of deleting your account and click on the button YES – Please Cancel.
7. Once you click on the button a pop-up window will appear asking for your confirmation to delete account click on OK button to permanently delete your account.

Remove Your Account Through Contact Form

1. Go to the following url “https://support.chess.com/customer/portal/emails/new/” you will be redirect on Support Page.
2. On the What Do You Need Help With Choose ACCOUNT.
3. Now fill out your name, username and email address.
4. On Subject type REQUEST TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT.
5. On Message Box type enter your reason to delete your account and click on button SEND.
