How To Remove QuizUp Account

Remove Your Account Through Website

1. Go to the following url “https://www.quizup.com/” and sign-in to your account.
2. After sign-in to your account click on on your username which is given at the top right section a drop down menu will appear and then click on SETTINGS.
3. On Account Section click on EDIT PROFILE given at the left link Navigation.
4. On Bottom of Edit Profile Page click on link DEACTIVATE ACCOUNT.
5. Now you will be redirected to confirmation where you have to click on one button whether DEACTIVATE TEMPORARY or DELETE PERMANENTLY.
6. If you choose deactivate temporary you can later activate your account by just login but if you delete permanently the account will not recoverable so choose wisely here once select one option your account will deleted or deactivated.

Remove Your Account By Sending Email

1. Open your registered email account and compose a new mail.
2. Enter the following email address privacy@plainvanillagames.com 
3. On Subject enter the line “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
