Remove Chegg Account Completely

Chegg is an online education portal that lets its users to give text book on rent and find tutor for them online. The website lets its user to create or edit account, upload pictures, hire tutor online and take text book on rent. We have received some mails from our website readers that they want to delete their account from Chegg website.

Remove Your Account through Website

1. Go to the following url “https://www.chegg.com/tutors/support/”.
2. Once you go through the url you will redirected to Support Center Page.
3. On Support Center Page click on button SUBMIT A REQUEST which is given at top right side.
4. Now scroll down to email section and fill out the form.
5. Enter your name, email address, choose account type and on subject choose ACCOUNT DELETION.
6. On message type that you want to delete your account and your reason for deleting then click on button SEND EMAIL.

Remove Your Account by Sending Mail

1. Open your registered email account and compose a new mail.
2. Enter the following email address closemyaccount@chegg.com
3. On Subject enter the line “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
