Currently there are two methods to delete your account from Trillian website and app which is given below:-

Remove Your Account through Website

1. Go through the url “http://trillian.im/” and sign-in to your account.
2. Once you sign-in to your account click on SETTINGS which is given at top right menu section.
3. On Settings page locate the section DASHBOARD and click on link REMOVE ACCOUNT which is given at right hand side.
4. Once you click on delete account link a simple form will pop-up now enter your username and password in the respective field and click on SEND ME A CODE.
5. Now open your email account you will receive a mail from trillian company regarding the code copy the code and paste on that pop-up form, tick the checkbox and click on REMOVE ACCOUNT button.

Remove Your Account by Sending Email

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address customer-service@ceruleanstudios.com
   
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. On email body section first type “Attention: Network Administrator”.
5. Now write an email regarding deleting your account sample given here and click on send button.
