Currently there is only one way to delete your account from Carbonite website which is given below :-

Remove Your Account Through Website

1. Go to the following url “https://support.carbonite.com/contact-us”.
2. Now you will be redirect to contact us page on contact page click on tab EMAIL ASSISTANT.
3. Now fill out your first name, last name, email address.
4. On Product choose which purpose you are using for like home, personal.
5. On Topic Choose BILLING AND ACCOUNT.
6. On Question Type That You Want to Delete Your account and click on SUBMIT CASE button.

Remove Your Account By Sending Mail

1. Open your registered email account and compose a new mail.
2. Enter the following email address customersupport@carbonite.com
3. On Subject enter the line “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
