 From our research is not possible to actually delete your profile from the website the only thing they enable you to do is disable your dating profile. We've included instructions to disable your profile, which makes it inactive and invisible to other members of the site.

1. Login to Asiame.com.
2. Then click go to the Updates page.
3. Look for "Switch Off Profile" then tell them why you want to disable your account.
4. Choose a reason.
5. Then click the grey "Continue" button.
6. Type your password in then click "Continue" button.
7. Your profile will be switched off making it inactive / invisible.

Cancel Membership On Your Android Phone/ Tablet 

These instructions show you how to cancel your membership on your Android phone and tablet.

1. Open Your Android phone.
2. Go to the Google Play Store.
3. Then tap menu.
4. Then go to My Apps
5. Then subscriptions 
6. Then tap on the Qpid Network App of the subscription to cancel your paid membership.
7. Tap “Cancel” then you need to click on “Yes” to confirm the cancellation of the app on your Android phone.

Cancel Subscription On Your iPhone/ iPad 

If you purchased a subscription to Asia Me on your iPhone or iPad follow the directions below to cancel your monthly membership.

1. Open Your Apple phone.
2. Next you need to Go to Settings icon, then go to iTunes & App Store on your iPhone.
3. Next you need to tap your Apple ID (found on top part of the screen.)
4. Next tap on View Apple ID.
5. Then tap on subscriptions.
6. Tap the membership / subscription.
7. Follow what you see on the screen to cancel your subscription to AsiaMe.

How To Unsubscribe From Email Messages

If you want to unsubscribe from email messages, including Love Call Requests, special offers and promotions just follow the directions below.

1. Login to Asiame.com.
2. Click on this link to edit and stop getting any emails from Asia Me.
3. If you want to stop getting Admirer emails click this link.
4. If you want to stop getting New Matches Weekly emails click this link.
5. If you want to stop getting EMF emails click this link.
6. If you want to stop getting Love Call Request emails click this link.
7. If you want to stop getting Offers and Promotions emails click this link.
8. Then click on do not send me notifications. 
9. Then click the "Save" button to update it so the emails stop.

You can contact customer service using their online form or their physical address. They haven't included a phone number for a customer support anywhere on their website.

 1  Go to getnaughty.com and log in to your account
 2  Click on your picture in the right corner and select My settings

 4  Follow the removal procedure

    Screen 1: Enter your password
    Screen 2: Select the option ‘Remove my profile, contacts, and personal information completely’ and click on Continue
    Screen 3: Choose a reason for deletion (e.g. I have found someone elsewhere)
    Screen 4: Confirm that you’re still sure that you want to close the profile: “Yes, I want to remove my account”
    Screen 5: Enter your email address (= screenshot below) because they’ll send you the cancellation code on that address.

A cancellation code has been sent to you. You’ll receive it approximately 1 hour later by e-mail. When you’ve received it, all you need to do now is restart the procedure from step 1 till step 4 (I know, it’s a waste of time you have to do it a second time, but it’s the only way) and fill in the cancellation code in step 4. After that, your account is gone.

 3  Click on Finish submitting question

and a message will appear: Thank you for contacting Fandango Customer Service. We will respond to your email requests for support within 24 hours.

3 days later I received a (very kind) message from the customer support team, confirming me that they could remove and close my account. They only asked me if I was sure that I wanted to do this (as their services are free).

All you need to do, is reply that you’re sure that you want to delete your profile.

    Message: A correct removal request needs to contain 3 things:

        Identity of the account you want to delete: Your email address that is associated with the account and your name.

        Reason(s) for removal: e.g. I’m not using it anymore, duplicate account, too expensive,…

        Last but not least: Send this request from the email address that’s associated with the account (for security reasons)

1 day after my email, they reacted very professionally to my removal request. 

As you can see in the screenshot below, they won’t make a problem of the fact that you want to delete your account. All you need to do is, if you’d like to go through with the deactivation, respond to their email and they will take care of the rest.
