Currently there are two methods to delete your account from Uplay website and app which is given below:-

Remove Your Account through Website

1. Go through the website url “https://support.ubi.com/en-US/AskQuestion.aspx” and sign-in to your account.
2. After you sign-in to your account you will be redirected to form page here you need to fill out the information.
3. On Category choose ACCOUNT/LOGIN.
4. On Subject type “REQUEST TO REMOVE ACCOUNT.
5. On Question type your reason to delete your account and then click on button CONTINUE.
6. Now it will take you to review question page once you confirm your answer then click on button SUBMIT QUESTION.
7. Now copy the reference number and close the page you will soon receive a mail from the company about your account removal.

Remove Your Account by Sending Email

1. Open your email account that is registered with account.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address emea-email-support@ubisoft.com
   
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO REMOVE MY UPLAY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write an email regarding deleting your account sample given here and click on send button
