Remove your Account through Live Chat

1. Go to the following url “https://www.1and1.com/”.
2. On bottom right side of the screen section click on button CHAT.
3. Once you click on chat button a window will pop-up with one text-box. On that text-box type that you want to delete your account and start live conversation with them.
4. Tell the customer service agent that you would like to delete your account.
