  1. Go to the website Smooch.com and login with your account.
  2. After login to your account click on on SETTINGS link given at left main menu section.
  3. On Setting page scroll down to bottom and click on DELETE PROFILE Button given at bottom right section.
  4. Now select your reason for deleting this account and then click on DELETE PROFILE Button.
  5. After you click on delete profile button a pop-up menu will appear click YES to delete your account.

Remove Your Account By Sending Mail

  1. Open your registered email account and compose a new mail.
  2. Enter the following email address support@smooch.com
  3. On Subject enter the line “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
PS :- Before Sending Email you must type your screen-name and email address in email so the support team will verify your mail quickly.
