How To Remove PlanetRomeo Account

Currently there is two methods to delete your account from PlanetRomeo which are given below :-

Remove Your Account Through Website

1. Go to the following url PlanetRomeo.com website and login to your account.
2. After login to your account click on link MY ROMEO AND ADMINISTRATION given below the banner right section.
3. On Administration page scroll down to Profile and Settings tab and then click on link DELETE ACCOUNT.
4. Now you will redirect to a confirmation page enter the security code in text field and then click on button YES I AM CERTAIN THAT I WISH TO DELETE ACCOUNT.
5. Uninstall the app from your smartphone to permanently delete your account.

Remove Your Account By Filling Form

1. Go to the following address https://support.planetromeo.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and fill out the form.
2. On reason drop down menu choose OTHERS.
3. On question tell them i want to delete my account and then click on submit.

It may take upto 24 to 72 hours for the company to respond back to the form you sent so check your mail regularly.
