Remove GMX Account

GMX Mail is a free advertising-supported email service provided by GMX. Users may access GMX Mail via webmail as well as via POP3 and IMAP4 protocols. Founded in 1997, GMX is a subsidiary of United Internet AG, a stock-listed company in Germany, and a sister company to 1&1 Internet and Fasthosts Internet

Remove Your Account through Website

1. Go to the following url “https://www.gmx.com” and log-in to your account.
2. Once you log-in to your account click on MY ACCOUNT link located in left section of menu list.
3. On My Account Page Click on DELETE ACCOUNT Button.
4. On Delete Account you will see a button named DELETE ACCOUNT click on it.
5. In next page enter your password and hit on button SAVE CHANGES to permanently delete your account.

Remove Your Account Via Sending Form

1. Go to the following url “https://service.gmx.com/shareFeedback.html”.
2. Now enter your name, email address and gmax email address.
3. On topic choose TERMINATION/CANCELLATION.
4. On Message Box type your reasons to delete your account and click on button SEND.
