Currently there are two ways to delete your account from Stitch Fix website which i have given below:-

Remove Your Account through Website

1. Go through the following url “https://support.stitchfix.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=25334”.
2. Now fill out the form detail such as registered email address.
3. On Please choose a request type below choose option GENERAL ACCOUNT QUESTIONS.
4. On Subject type “REQUEST TO DELETE ACCOUNT”.
5. On Description box type your honest reason to delete your account and click on SUBMIT button.

Remove Your Account by Sending Mail

1. Open your registered email account dashboard.
2. Now compose a email and enter the email address hello@stitchfix.com
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO REMOVE MY ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write an email regarding deleting your account
