1. Go to the following url “https://support.gdax.com/customer/portal/emails/new”.
2. You will be redirected to page now locate the second option and then click on link CONTACT OUR TEAM.
3. After clicking on that link a drop-down form will be appear now scroll down to form SUBMIT A REQUEST.
4. On Category Choose OTHERS and type your registered email address.
5. On Subject type “Request to delete my account”.
6. On Message-box type your honest reasons to delete your account and hit on button SUBMIT.

The customer service may take upto 15-30 days to respond the form you filled because of the heavy load of request submitted by users but once the customer service agent go through your request they will replied on your email address so check your email frequently.
