Tuenti is an invitation-only private social networking website. It has been referred to as the "Spanish Facebook”, by many social network watchers. It is one of the largest social networking sites in Spain. It allows you to set up a profile, upload photos, link videos and connect and chat with friends. Many other utilities, such as the ability to create events, are also offered. From 2009, utilizing a simple interface, Tuenti user can change their language to Catalán, Basque, Galician, and English. Tuenti is also available as an iPhone App.
How to remove your Tuenti account
If you want to permanently delete your account, click here: http://www.tuenti.com/#m=Settings&func=view_delete_account_pageSelect the reason why you want to permanently delete your account and click "Submit request for withdrawal".
Other option is to deactivate: sign in Tuenti. Click on "My Account" at the top right of the screen. Click "My Account Preferences" in the left column and then click "Deactivate my account" at the bottom. Select the reason why you want to deactivate your account and click "Deactivate Account". Your account will be disabled but you can reactivate it whenever you want, just by accessing your account.
