Currently there are two methods to delete your account from Origin which are given below :-

Remove Your Account Through Website

1. Go to the following url “http://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/?product=origin” and sign-in to your account.
2. After sign-in to your account you will be redirected to contact us page here select your platform whether its windows or mac and click on NEXT.
3. On Select a Topic Choose MANAGE MY ACCOUNT.
4. On Select an Issue Choose REMOVE ACCOUNT.
5. On Tell Us More Type Your Reason For Deleting Your Account and then click on NEXT.
6. When you click on next you will be redirected to How Would You Like To Contact Us here click on button CHAT NOW.
7. Once you click on Chat Now a new window will open here wait for a agent to chat with you.
8. Once it connected tell him to delete your account with the reason and end chat.

Remove Your Account By Sending Email

1. Open your registered email account and compose a new mail.
2. Enter the following email address privacy_policy@ea.com
3. On Subject enter the line “REQUEST TO REMOVE MY ORIGIN ACCOUNT”.
4. Now write a mail to delete your account sample given here and click send.

This process may take upto 24 to 72 hours of time.
