Remove Your Game Data and Application

1. Go to Settings and Then tap on the option APPS or APPLICATIONS.
2. Scroll Down and tap on the application Identity V.
3. Now tap on option STORAGE and then tap on the button CLEAR DATA and CLEAR CACHE.
4. Once you clear cache and data go back and tap on the button UNINSTALL.
5. Finish the uninstallation process to delete the game.

1. Open your email account that is registered with the application.
2. Now compose an email and enter the email address Privacy@service.netease.com
3. On Subject Type “REQUEST TO DELETE MY NETEASE ACCOUNT”.
