Remove Your Account through Feedback

1. Go to the following url “http://www.dell.com” and log-in with your account.
2. Scroll down to bottom of the page and click on FEEDBACK link.
3. Once you click on feedback link a pop-up page has been appeared now on topic choose “TECH SUPPORT”.
4. Give any rating you like does not matter and on your primary purpose of visit today choose GET TECHNICAL SUPPORT.
5. on did you accomplish goal choose NO.
6. On Text Box Type your honest reason to delete your account and then click on SEND FEEDBACK within 24 hour you will receive a mail from company that your account will be deleted.

Remove Your Account by Sending Mail

1. Open your registered email account and compose a new mail.
2. Enter the following email address us_my_account_admin@dell.com
3. On Subject enter the line “REQUEST TO DELETE MY ACCOUNT”.
