 1  Go to PCH.com and sign in to your account
 2  Scroll down to the footer and click on Customer service.

 3  Scroll down to the footer of the customer service page and choose Contact us

 4  Now you’ll see: ‘For PCH.com, please click here’. That’s the one you need.

 5  Choose as Reason for contacting us: Account updates > Remove from Mail/mailing list and fill in the form

    Name, email and address
    Remove from: Both
    Subject: Request to delete my account
