I'm just wondering how you find out what "membership requirements" were not met when creating your account?

I can't really remember any hiccups when I got an account but two times Tim has tried to get an account and twice he has received this same email from WAP.

If there is a WAP admin on here...it'd be great to know what membership requirements would have been violated...unless the partner of a fellow member is grounds for that?

I'm just too lazy to find said requirements and am hoping someone can tell me...ex cons are not allowed? Or former profile holders? Or....what?
