You asked, we answered! In the update to Viber version 5.6.5 we have added the ability to entirely delete messages that you have sent from Viber conversations.
This means that you may now delete a message that you have sent from not only your device but from the device of the user(s) you have sent the message to as well.

How to delete messages?

  1. Click on and long-hold your message that you want to delete
  1. Select the Delete option
  2. Choose to either Delete for myself or Delete for everyone*
  1. If you choose to Delete for everyone an in-app notification bubble will be displayed showing you deleted a message
*The option to delete a message on both your device and the device of the other user(s) in the chat, is only available for messages you have sent. This option is notavailable for messages that someone else has sent to you.

What happens if a user is running a version of Viber older than 5.6.5?

If you delete a message you have sent in a conversation with a user who does not have Viber version 5.6.5 or later, than this user will not see the in-app notification bubble that you deleted a message. The deleted message will simply delete from their conversation screen.

Will there be an in-app notification bubble if I choose the Delete for Myself Option?

No, there will not be an in-app notification bubble if you choose the Delete for myselfoption. Choosing this option only deletes the message from your devices, not from the device of the receiving user(s).
Please note there is no option to delete a message that another Viber user has sent you on their device. You may only choose to delete the message sent to you from your device.

How to remove/uninstall EnSharpen

To fully remove/uninstall EnSharpen, you will have to manually delete some files on your computer. Please locate and delete the following items:
  • “TechSmith” folder in “\user directory\Library\Preferences”
  • “TechSmith EnSharpen” folder from the “Applications” folder
  • “TSCC.component” from the “\Library\QuickTime” folder
After deleting these files, please restart your computer. This should fully remove EnSharpen from the computer.

You can cancel your Skype Numbersubscription at any time. To cancel your Skype Number:
  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. In the Manage features section, click Skype Number.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Here you can cancel your Skype Number subscription.
When you cancel your Skype Number, your subscription will remain active until its expiry date. After it expires, Skype will reserve your Skype Number for you on your account for 90 days. This means no one else but you can purchase this particular number during this period. You can renew your Skype Number subscription from your account. Skype numbers can be cancelled, but not refunded; learn more.
To reactivate your Skype Number:
  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. In the Manage features section, click Skype Number.
  3. Click Reactivate Settings next to the number you’d like to reactivate, then follow the instructions.
Your Skype Number will be reactivated as soon as your payment has been accepted.

How to Remove LoveArts.com profile?

Go to the Account Details page of your profile, click the ‘Delete My Profile’ link at the bottom of the page. This process cannot be reversed and will completely delete all your details on the site.

Subscription Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you cancel your Subscription, then we use the following rules to determine the validity and amount of any refund:
For cancellations given within 14 days:
if you have not made any use of the Subscriber only functions, we will refund your subscription in full.
if you have made use of the Subscriber only functions, the refund entitlement will be the full amount minus a daily usage charge of £2.00 a day, multiplied by the number of days before cancellation.
For cancellations given after 14 days, no refunds are available.

Event Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation by You
You are asked to let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend a Muddy Matches event that you have booked, as imbalanced numbers spoil the event for other people attending.
In the event of your having to cancel your booking, our refund policy will depend on the type of event you were booked on and how much notice we are given. You should ensure your insurance policy covers you for certain events leading to cancellation.
Events that include accommodation:
For events that include accommodation, partial refunds can be made if you let us know a minimum of 70 full days (10 weeks) before the event is due to take place. The refund will be made less a £100 administration charge or 25 percent of the ticket price, whichever is greater. We cannot refund you if you notify us less than 70 full days before the event is due to take place.
Events that do not include accommodation:
More than 28 days’ notice – Provided you let us know a minimum of 28 full days before the day of the event, you will be refunded 75 percent of the ticket price.
Between 14 and 28 days’ notice – If you let us know between 14 and 28 full days before the day of the event, you will be refunded 50 percent of the ticket price.
Less than 14 days’ notice – If you let us know less than 14 full days before the day of the event, we will not be able to offer you any refund.
